Change of Plans? We've Got You Covered
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our clients while respecting the time of our sitters. Below are the details regarding our cancellation policy:
Cancellations Made More Than 24 Hours in Advance
- No Charge: If you cancel your service more than 24 hours before the scheduled sit window begins, you will not incur any charges.
- Credit on Account: If you have already paid for the service, the funds will remain as a credit on your account. This credit can be used towards future services.
- Refunds Available: If you prefer to receive a refund instead of a credit, please submit a request, and we will process it accordingly.
Cancellations Made Less Than 24 Hours in Advance
- Charges Apply: If you cancel your service within 24 hours of the scheduled sit window, a charge will be applied. This is because sitters have already organized their schedules around your booking, and late cancellations can disrupt their plans.
Delinquent Payments
- Flat Fee for Late Payments: If any payment becomes 30 days overdue, a flat fee of $20 will be charged to your account. It is important to maintain timely payments to avoid additional fees.
